1. Can I pay a fixed monthly fee with you?
Clients love a fixed monthly fee in order to budget better. They know they will not receive a "shocker "of an accounting service bill at any stage. We started a fixed monthly fee to ease the pain of doing your taxes. 2. What is included in the fixed monthly fee? - Capturing of all financial information, including invoices and bank statement. This includes the VAT 201 - Salary administration on VIP payroll, for professional looking payslip. This includes the EMP201 - Management reports as needed - Annual financial statements (excluding the independent report) - Provisional tax returns - Income tax returns - WCA returns - Annual BEE renewal (with turnover less than R 10 million) - Annual tax clearance certificate renewal. 3. What are excluded from this fixed monthly accounting fee? All cost that need to be recovered from 3rd parties. Dealing with SARS Debt management. This include repayment plans as well as potential compromise applications with SARS. 4. Do I receive personal service? Our monthly accounting fee entitles the small business owner to speak to the director directly, for a very personal touch. Our team also have a senior personal dealing with the day to day enquiries as quick and efficient as possible. Our client are worth a lot to us.
